Flexible Subscription — Cancel Anytime

Your subscription renews automatically. You can pause, modify, or cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting support.

1. What Is a Subscription?

A RawVir subscription is a recurring purchase agreement where you authorize Nexora Commerce LLC (d/b/a RawVir) to automatically charge your payment method and ship your selected product(s) at the frequency you choose (e.g., every 30 days) until you cancel.

2. Enrollment & Affirmative Consent

Before completing your subscription enrollment, we will clearly present:

  • The subscription price and billing frequency
  • That your subscription renews automatically
  • How to cancel, including a direct cancellation link
  • Our contact information for support

By checking the subscription checkbox and completing checkout, you provide explicit affirmative consent to these recurring charges.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current subscription rate. You will be charged to your original payment method unless you update or cancel before the next billing date.

If pricing changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance before the new rate takes effect on your subscription.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

  1. Online: Log into your account at rawvir.com/account → Manage Subscriptions → Cancel. No phone call required.
  2. Email: Send a cancellation request to support@rawvir.com. We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day.

⚠️ Cancellation requests submitted after your billing date has passed will take effect on the following renewal cycle. No refunds will be issued for charges already processed.

5. Subscription Refund Policy

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first shipment only. Renewal charges after the first 30 days are not eligible for refunds.

6. Pausing or Modifying Your Subscription

You may pause or change your subscription frequency, quantity, or delivery address at any time through your account portal at rawvir.com/account, or by contacting support@rawvir.com.

7. Payment Failures

If a recurring charge fails, we may retry the charge up to three (3) times over seven (7) days. If payment cannot be collected after retries, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You will be notified by email and given the opportunity to update your payment method.

8. Billing Information

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and accurate. Updates can be made through your account portal or by contacting support@rawvir.com.

9. California Subscriber Rights

California residents may cancel their subscription at any time. If we fail to provide the required automatic renewal disclosures prior to enrollment, you may be entitled to a full refund of all charges. Contact support@rawvir.com to request a review.
